When going into Boards Homepage and seeing 2/3 of it about people complaining about Riot about things from the Reporting System and the Balancing Team, where 1/3 of the rest of the board is Team Recruitment and Positive Discussion on other aspects of the game.
For the people that complain about how Riot's Reporting System is flawed and doesn't perform effectively enough and/or how they got un-rightfully punished while others didn't (and anything similar), you are right and I do agree that the Reporting System isn't perfect and can be improved on for a more effective system. However, Riot is doing their best to help regulate player behavior in League and changes must be tested before being implemented, so there aren't going to be any major changes happening to the Reporting System anytime soon. If you were punished for by the Report System for trying to report someone else on their actions, you were most likely verbally offensive to them and was punished because of the verbal harassment you were doing.
For the people that complain about the Balancing of the game, with many different things ranging with complaints on nerfing or buffing champions, Team Matchmaking, Hextech Crafting chests and key drop rates, and so on, Riot tests everything in Beta first before actually implementing the changes to Live. Though, I will agree that the Balancing System can be a lot better and there are some very obvious problems that should be addressed, you also have to remember that balancing a game is constant tweaking and checking that must be carried out first before it is applied, and it is always changing, as the meta changes. If your complaining about how overpowered or underpowered a champion is, you have to consider what are his/her strengths and weaknesses and understand the champion first, and come to the realization that yes, some champions perform their job better than others, but no one champion is unbeatable. For complaints about Hextech Crafting, S rank is not only about kda, it's about how you preformed that game compared to an average game with that champion. Key fragment drop % scales lower the more you get that month because it prevents hoarding and mass grinding of keys. Dynamic Queue is to provide you the capability to play with teammates and have the ability to communicate with each other and play against other pre-made teams of relatively equal strength.
TL;DR: Talking about how things can be improved is a great thing to do, but complaining and raging about it and pinning everything on Riot for all their faults, without also taking into account all the good things they have done, is unfair. Verbally abusing Riot is not going to help the situation, they most likely know what needs to be done and they are working on it in their personal testing servers and Beta, talking about things in a calm, mature discussion can help provide more information and insight to help both sides.
