riot should give permabanned accounts 1 more chance

i personally believe permabanned accounts deserve 1 more chance. This would be great because people change and many players have spent thousands of dollars on their accounts.

because all the other chances before the ban are...what? useless?

league of legends as a game itself is really toxic until the point where even staff members are toxic like if any of you saw the nightblue stream a few days ago whereby a riot employee was flaming in game

Why, so the entitled, egoistic [insert insult here] can keep violating the rules? After given several chances to stop doing so before the permanent ban? Please. The report system is already not being taken seriously.

i forgot to mention that they are so many other toxic players in the game who are extremely toxic yet they dont face the consequences of a ban

For someone to get their account permabanned, they already exhausted anywhere from two to four chances. What makes you think one more will be effective?

Giving somebody “one last chance” after they’ve already used up their “one last chance” is some weak shit. It stinks of appeasement.

just don't act like a prick.

I've been playing since either late 2009 or beginning 2010 and I haven't been banned once, 0 bans, 0 chat restrictions, 0 warnings, nothing a single thing because it's so easy for me to not act like a prick.

Don't flame, mute flamers/people who annoy, there you go, set for LoL life

They do already.

Not only have they tried it already, but it doesn't really make sense. First off you were already given multiple chances, why do you deserve yet another second chance? If you didn't learn it all those other times why is this going to change your mind?

The fact of the matter is that it wouldn't really be a permanent ban if it's not actually permanent. And if that's the case why even bother with that any way?

It's simple just don't break the rules. If you cannot obay the rules find a game that let's you do those sort of things!

Seriously, what's wrong with people who post this exact topic for the 99 millionth time? I saw the exact same thing not half an hour ago. Can't you just go to an existing topic and be like "Yes, I also don't know what 'permanent' means, I support this!"?

I completely agree.A friends was perma-banned 2 times in a row for flaming and yes while I do understand the reason he got banned for,he's made a new account and is kinda reformed. He hasn't gotten any punishment or anything for now since the only negative stuff he says is about himself, but the fact that competitive is filled with people that can't even play the game, not their champ is not okay. This is the biggest reason people get banned for, they rage at the worthless teammates they have. And tbh I don't blame them, after your team loses the game singlehandedly(not that rare but not that common)i would rage as well and start flaming them.Unless the matchmaking gets adjusted in a way that you can play with people that can play the game bans will keep coming and people will keep making new accounts and the circle will repeat.

Im sure riot doesn't want people to smash their things to free themselves of frustration or do some other dangerous thing so they just ban your account because they can't make a good algorithm for competitive queue.

4 strike system is useless since players can keep making new accounts and pour money into them.Riot doesn't mind that so yeah, why would they unban your account.

Instead a really good idea is to let people who had created another account and reformed to get their perma-banned accounts back.

If you got perma'd, you probably deserved it

Quiet Dude9/28/2018, 3:14:06 PM1 votes

Riot is experimenting with NA to see possible permaban reversals. Not sure how that worked out. But I think there still needs to be severe consequences after a 14 day ban. Like maybe a 5 year ban.

I know I hate the person I was 5 years ago. I'd beat the shit out of him if I could.

For some offenses, you can get permabanned without any previous temporary punishments
