Feed and Surrender

Why riot dont hard punish this plalyer that give up ate 20min after an hard feed in lane fase only because they didnt play safe, this guys are to frustreted to play and ruin my game and others players why dont give them a temporary ban of that acc. Riot needs to change this community otherwise league of legends will come to an end
