why riot ban ppl for speak normal ?

Riot ban everything its all about money and get new accounts and spend money in skins ? im honor 4 and get a ban for speaking normaly in games, ah 1 game then the next ban its 14 days ok , speak another game and perma ban looool riot manager say its my fault i should dont speak in game , dont matter if its flame or no... is this a game or scammers? ppl cant speak normaly so lets be all mental players with problems withoutlife dont speak to any1 ... ty riot for make this world worst 1 day you will care about the players when this game dont give money ... alot of games die because the scams and if you want i post what i say... if you see a word toxic i give you the reason... come top... or why dont say ss its banned? go home riot you are drunk
