I personally believe that it is getting out of hand how people can throw and flame in chat, and when you are barely mean to them, you get chat restricted/ banned. I'm creating this post to see what others people's thoughts are an whether or not it is deserved.

"Barely mean" is not what I'd describe this as, and this is just one section from your logs. You spent an unnecessary amount of time harassing and berating your bottom laners for "throwing a lead", and were more than just "barely mean", you were straight-up flaming.

Yes, this 25-game Chat Restriction is deserved. You insult your teammates both openly and passive-aggressively, and you very clearly flamed in Game 1; that behavior isn't acceptable, and I'd personally advise you straighten yourself out, since the next punishment is a 14-day suspension, and then after that, a permanent ban.

The banning system isn't the issue here, it's your behavior.

Not to throw salt, but everything is subjective. While you may not see what you said as offensive, harmful or "toxic" riot does.

Just think of this as riots way to help get you back on the right path. The text box is meant for useful commentary about the game. Anything outside direct teamspeak is useless dialogue.

I'm a returning player but have been around long enough to know that talking to people in any manner that is not positive leads to worse gameplay for all. But thats just my opinion i could very well be wrong

The day by day basis of punished players refusing responsibility and blaming others rant. This is how you know a system is doing great.

Just because someone else is breaking the rules, doesn't give you a free pass to break the rules You were toxic, which is against the rules and got punished for it
