So i just got 10-game chat restriction, and i just wanted your opinion weather it was justified or not.

Asking for reports, belittling or insulting others for their score, and giving up early/having a negative attitude.

All of these things are against the rules and will warrant a punishment.

The system punishes based on consistency x severity, meaning you can be punished for 1 game of extreme toxicity or many many games of mild toxicity.

This game is pretty minor, but it also means you exhibit similar behavior over many many games. All those games will add up and eventually get you punished
