Well uh... I'm pretty sure this is ban-able now, right?

So I'm pretty sure this is referred to as holding a game "hostage?" It's not quite clear however, that the player in question (Ryze) is really intending to use the threat of "trolling" to get people to bend to his will. The player did ask for top or mid, and once refused, proceeded to lock in Ryze with no intent to go into the role that he was specified in.

Now there is not really much evidence, again, if it was really the intent to do such a thing, or if it was just an all fun and games troll. Ryze jungle, you know, why not? I wouldn't ban that.

But I do believe that if someone had not dodged this game, and everything that happened from the moment of the screen shot proceeded as it was, then I think that this is pretty wrong. Ban-able perhaps? The "duo top?" makes the situation extra spicy though. It could be a relevant strategy, but if I said no and he still went anyways, then it'd be a different story.

Anyways it's all mostly a bunch of what ifs, since someone did dodge in the end. However I'd like confirmation whether or not picking with the intent of not fulfilling your given role, without the consent of your teammates, is punishable. And if it is, how do we stop it, because taking screen shots and going through case by case isn't really the optimal strategy, and even if we do find a way to scan through every situation, half of those games will have been dodged already, and it doesn't really matter then.
