Auto ban permanently suspended me?

Below will be my chat logs of my previous game, my ashe adc was insulting my mother and saying and I quote "your mother is dead" and "i hope your mother dies" repeatedly in chat towards me. As well as insulting my support galio. I have never been suspended on my account before and I am instantly perma'd???? Already posted a ticket and just seeing what everyone else thinks on the boards. I know I was also toxic but she was insulting my mother so unlucky. Here's my chat logs from the game.
