and no. it wasn't a "they push mid in late game, make a mistake and die and we push back and end it"

it was a "we get to their nexus in 20 minutes despite them being over fed=>can't finish the job, despite 4v5=>inhibs respawn"

refresh-repeat for the next 30 minutes, in which we killed 4 barons and 2 elder drakes, while feeding our asses off facediving into over-fed carries

Kinda like a game I had where our Urgot split pushed all game. The enemy team got fed af, but (like the IQ dumpsters they likely were) always had at least 4 people going for the Urgot who made a show of dying as slowly as he could to keep them occupied every single time. That alone helped us win the game because we kept getting all the objectives while the smartasses try to kill the Urgot and leave the rest of the map uncovered. [sg-miss-fortune]

P.S.: You focused objectives, they focused kills. If they got as overfed as you say they did - the game would normally be theirs even 4v5. But they didn't do the right thing which only goes to show that kills never win you the game.

Kills only grant an temporary advantage, by locking out another player temporarily and giving a gold boost to the killer.
