Riot sweeping it under the rug

Hey all, here is a video showing how riot is currently ignoring my support request to avoid the fact that I was banned due to an inting player and closing tickets referring to a random ticket that has nothing to do with the game or ban in question. The original evidence was removed from the support ticket, removed from forums, and specialist ran in to say that I faked the videos. Check the full post here.

No, I did not say you faked the videos.

I said the following:

  • There is no way for the boards community to confirm the authenticity of the videos.
  • One video is not enough information to prove anything, especially when it cannot be confirmed authentic.
  • There is no amount of public data that can confirm what you're trying to prove given that Riot has internal, non-public data that we do not have access to.

Your tickets are being ignored because, as Riot said, YOU HAVE ALREADY GOTTEN THEIR ANSWER ON THIS ISSUE. You being dissatisfied with the answer does NOT mean that they will change it just because you spam them.

To quote multiple other boards users: GET OVER IT.

Specialists are just normal community members, not staff.

You weren't punished because someine was intinf, you were punished for breaking the rules yourself.

Riot support doesn't have to unban you bevause someone inted; because you still broke rules.

Riot support will NOT tell you if someone you reported via support ticket was punished. The feedback notification in game is unreliable.

The video was removed from your other post because it broke a forum rule.

Couldn't this have been added to your existing thread?

"Riot sweeping it under the rug"

How about YOU do some research. The Ezreal in question HAS NOT PLAYED A GAME SINCE THE 0-17 GAME. They're probably closing the ticket BECAUSE HE GOT PUNISHED, yet you keep spamming them over and over. They do not have to tell you that he got punished.

You will not be unbanned, because the ban was given correctly. Someone else can't make you do something in this video game, you have control over your actions. The inting Ezreal didn't make you try to get a rise out of the enemy zed, you did. You kept spamming "report this, why won't you report" all game, which is against the rules. 1 report in a game = 9 reports in a game, or any number inbetween.

There are 4 levels of punishments. 10 game chat restriction, 25 game chat restriction, 14 day ban, and perma ban. Each level, the amount of rudeness/negativity required to go to the next is lowered. At this point, you will be banned for one game with any negativity. I advise mute and ignore other players. If someone ints, just ignore it and report at end of game.

However, if you "don't care because you can buy an account for $1" as you said in your other post, well, why are you making such a big deal out of it?

Looking at the date and time that your tickets were submitted in, it's very clear what happened.

You submitted 3 tickets about the same issue in two days. Submitting an additional ticket puts you at the back of the queue.

Yes, they closed your most recent ticket and then they referenced the original ticket number as the place where your issue would be handled.

They have done nothing inappropriate. Wait for your ticket to receive an answer.
