Please be more strict with inting
I never see people banned for inting.
I would rather have someone raging and flaming and talking in chat than running down mid wasting my fucking time.

As would I. Sadly Riot likes catering to 3 year olds, and would rather punish shit talking, and players getting angry at their teammates inting, than the inters themselves. Maybe this is why the game is dying since everybody who actually cares about the game gets banned for it.
Because ACTUAL inting is rarer then you think.
You're in the minority there. No one wants an asshole in their game.
Also, just because you think they're "inting" Doesn't mean they're actually intentionally feeding. That word is being used too freely and it lost its meaning. Both toxic and intentional feeders are both not welcome here. But Toxic players are easier to catch.
Because inting requires someone dying with actual intent to feed. If someone makes stupid mistakes but it's an actual mistake, it's not inting.

you were saying?
i agree with you , i'd like to see someone flaming instead of feeding because the percentage of that person to get banned while they're insulting is higher than it is when theyre feeding lol
first you need to have people that report it correctly and not mess up their data for analysis.
I've played 6 games today, 4 of which had players purposely running down side lanes / refusing to play the game simply because they do not like someone on their team. Yet, I bet those players will NEVER get banned or any kind of restriction simply because Riot doesn't know how to catch them. They don't know how to deal with the issue, which is why it's still and issue.
If they could in some way catch them, best thing to do would be to ban them from Ranked games for a certain number of games, similar to chat restriction.
Personally, I'd rather have a game where everyone doesn't chat, and people use pings to communicate. It's much easier to play the game than someone constantly spamming that I'm trash or that I should kill myself.
Though, if someone says in chat that they're going to intentionally feed and their score and build reflects it, they should get hit with punishment for it.
Best thing that could happen which I doubt riot will ever do, is implement a team voice chat. we all know that people will type whatever they want because it is impersonal but when they have to actually say the things out loud they wont do it.
Trolls and inters do get banned but because they're getting smarter about how they avoid detection (and because Riot wants to try to avoid punishing innocent players as much as possible) it's harder to catch them in the act compared to simple chat-related offenses. Gameplay related offenses when proven to be on purpose are assigned a 2-week ban as the first punishment. In case you don’t believe me on this point here are a couple examples of gameplay trolls being banned. Yes it’s just a few examples, but it proves that they do get punished.
