I am getting impatient

Hi Riot - I've been a big fan of your game since season 3 and I think I have been very patient with your game, but now I've had enough. The recent two weeks, I've had leavers and/or inters in maybe 50% of my games, and that is simply too much. You need to figure out a system, that spares the rest of the team from LP drop, if they have a guy on their team that gets punished for griefing. I've lost too much LP from griefers and the demotivates me to keep climbing with the amount of griefers I phase on a daily basis in low diamond solo/duo queue
