We should have easy access to chat logs from reported games

It would be productive to enable players to view chat logs from games in which they were reported.

We shouldn't have to be in the midst of a punishment to be able to view our logs.

Players may be less negative towards one another if they could review their toxicity after they have calmed down

We do have access to our chat logs from the past three months, but they're by no means easy to get. You need to do stage 2 of the privacy.riotgames.com process, which costs $5.00 and involves a written letter.

I would actually really like to review my chat logs, so I'm thinking about doing this. I really wish I didn't have to pay money to do so though.

I'm sure the don't make it easy because if you can track down which games you were reported in and view the chatlogs, you can single out potential people that reported you and harass them.

I've also seen enough posts on the boards concerning 'read my chatlog! This isn't toxic!' a long time after the game is over. Some people will simply always be in denial.

Uh, I don't know. Most of the guys complaining about their bans on the boards say things like "Screw SJWs" and "Why can't I say whatever I want freedom of speech waaaah". They also either threaten to sue riot or create a new account and just troll to ruin everyone else's experience so people will pay attention to them.

Too be fairly honest here.

The thought of being in a dangerzone of being penalized is far greater than knowing you're in a dangerzone of being penalized.

In a way of saying it, let's look at it like fotball. The **yellow card **is your 14 days ban, the red card is your 'pack your bags and leave' ban. If you mess up you deserve instant action ( in this case~penality). If I decide to do something that's not allowed I should not have a warning "listen here, since its your first time its okay, next time its not. I'll have to pull up the yellow card on you soon".

In short; having such lets you controll your risk of penalizing & im sure the majority does not support that. How? Just because.

Sadly no support from me, but i respect your thoughts! :)
