I have received a 2 week suspension for "suspicious activity". I tried for 2 days to contact riot because I NEVER received an email. I was simply logged out of the client. After contacting riot for two days I received a response that my account had been reported for trolling and that there was an investigation going on. So to understand the system--I am to be suspended and punished while an investigation happened?

I prompted riot to send me some sort of proof of any way that I had "trolled" my teammates. I received nothing, and still await a response. Riot is a joke in my opinion. No email, no proof, open investigation, deals out punishment? Shame on you fuccboiz.

Could you post the actual conversation you had with support? I've never seen someone banned before the investigation was completed.

Check your spam folder. Sometimes it ends up there.

hmm match history doesn't seem like a troll to me, check your spam to see if it ended up there. Maybe you said something that made it sound like you were trolling?

It will only work against you if you are an ass to people, even if they work at a company.
