You had at least 3 prior warnings telling you to clean up your act or else this would happen. You ignored them and this happened. While it's unfortunate you ultimately brought this on yourself. If you truly valued your account then you should've thought of that before you got permabanned.

Nobody here can restore your Account, there are only guys hoping to be promoted in boards by givin u a "Terms Of Use"-Answer. Hook up Support and say they owe u money, otherwise no Rioter ever restores accounts just cuz u are sorry. Rioters dont accept "I am sorry" cuz Skynet wont allow them to act toooo much like a human.
