A suggestion about dodging once a queue has been accepted:
My suggestion is, instead of people accepting a queue, waiting in champion select, then dodging at the last minute, incurring a five minute penalty or whatever it is (something like five minutes), they instead get an additional percentage of the time they wasted added onto said penalty.
Example: Champion select now takes forever, when you include the champion hover, ban phase which three people have to now do, and then selecting champions. So if someone dodges at the last minute, he hasn't wasted five minutes of time. He's wasted 9 people's five minutes, which is almost 45 minutes of combined wasted time. Which is a lot. And I think that should be taken into consideration. Not the full time - that'd be unreasonable - but a percentage of it. To stop people dodging right at the end, and wasting so much time.
Waiting an average of 20 minutes for games to start at peak times is ridiculous. "Our average queue time is this!" means nothing when there's multiple late dodges adding massive amounts of time to the system which I am pretty sure isn't accounted for when you tell us how efficient your system is being. Or is it?
Also, bring back soloQ. Thanks!
