See Report Status
I just reported a very toxic and not cool person.
I am interested in seeing what happens to that report, and that same person. 
Is this possible?

There is no reliable way to verify if someone has been punished or not. The IFS message (punishment notification) is very inconsistent, errors can occur, and people can stop playing for any length of time for any reason.
If it was for toxicity, they won't always receive a time ban (like a 14-day suspension or permanent suspension) as there is a punishment ladder they have to go up first.
The reason for this is because Riot wants us to move on after reporting a player, not harp on it and let it eat at us. Personally I think it's kind of unfortunate but there's not much we can do :p
If you get your kicks off of seeing someone punished, you shouldn't have the ability to report anyone.
No, they dont share account info with other players.
So Ecdysiast, just to clarify, if someone has a loved one murdered, and they want the cops to find the killer and have him put in jail, they are sadists for wanting to see someone who did something wrong punished for it?
Try thinking before you speak. (Or in this case type)
