Lol, you know how to get someone reported? You report them. But thats not why you got punished anyways. You got punished for harassing the shit out of people.

Why do you need to try report someone? Just report them in the post game screen for cheating.

All a report does is to flag the system to reveiew the category your reported someone for. 1 or 9 reports has the same review result.

Look, I agree that it's a big problem that people are ruining the game by the gameplay itself, while toxic messages are dinged quickly. That said, you flipping out just makes things worse for everyone, including yourself. For starters, you need to realize that one report is all it takes. Once one report is in, a case is made and reviewed. Running a political campaign for the other eight players to do so is just being toxic, and, as you learned already, punishable. Secondly, bot or not, you were especially toxic even past your campaign. You attacked his winrate, champion choice, dissing people for being in bronze (or comparing them to bronze), and acting like you own everyone. I'm not asking you to not be frustrated, and if he was a bot, I am sorry to hear that you had to play with one in ranked. That said, however, you are not doing anyone a service, much less Riot. In fact, you're doing nothing more than pissing people off, and nobody likes that.

So you flamed a bot.. If this is true, why? And why you decide to write out what you said, if you where banned you get a ban log, post that instead, though even if you did wont help your case, what your wrote is enough to warrant a ban. Another thing to point out, if this was a bot as you claim, that means a real person who was listening to you chewing out this bot (Which honestly makes no sense at all), reported you. Want more sympathy from the people why not try and post the full chat logs, something tells me there was more to it.

You could report him YOURSELF and move away with your life unbanned. Asking others to report someone is against rules... even if you would behave yourself and you clearly didn't. Also it does not matter if 1 report or 9... case is treated the same!
