Seriously Riot, I swear its like you are picking on me, whats the point of reforming?

So I am on my smurf, HOPEFULLY REFORMED, and I know i havnt been toxic. I go eat lunch and come back, and find out my account has been banned for 14 days.

I havn't been toxic on this account, I dont share accounts, I dont run any programs i didnt run before. What is the deal? I've had this account for less than a week, not even 30 yet, and I already have accrued a 14 day ban. I just dont fucking get how you reform.

and the email doesnt tell em anything, basically just tells me to go to a site with a flowchart on why i am possibly banned.
