A company has the right to refuse customers, but i see anything you buy on league more as a service then a product. they arn't providing the services anymore like they said they would. but won't anymore because they banned you from playing it on that account. it's their fair right but the money should at least partially be returned for the time you won't be enjoying it not anymore.

You don't own any content on your account. Revoking that content is within Riot's rights. This is from the Terms of Use you agreed to when you created your account, and that you agree to again every time there's a patch.
I'm sorry but if you ignore the terms of service then you are forfeiting your account. That includes all skins and other things you purchased on that account.
