If I add someone to my block list can I still get qued with them?

I know the chances of getting qued with the same person are rare if you wait after playing a match but still. I just played a match with a jinx jungle who literally said "time for a troll match" before we started, then didn't gank the whole game and fed. Then the other team wouldn't report her because she "helped them win" and I think she was in a group because the rest of the team just kept spamming in chat. I would like to just block everyone from that match so I don't get matched up with them anymore....I know this post is so salty but idc I'm defiantly triggered after that match.

Yes, you can still get matched with them. Block is purely a function of chat.

Blocking something only stops you from ever seeing that person's chat, and doesn't let them send you friend requests.

It doesn't matter if other people report them or not, it only takes one report to flag a game and one ia treated the same as multiple.

There is no way to prevent yourself from being queued with a specifuc person, as that could be abused especially in high elo ranked games where there are less people.
