I need some help

I can't seem to find the post that was made a while back by a Rioter that proved that asking for reports IS in fact a reportable offense. I was wondering if you guys could help me find it, or a link to it? I'm trying to show a few people that I've recently played with that it is wrong, and it is reportable. They don't believe me, but they kindly said that if I could find proof, that they'd stop asking for reports.
