I also got mad at someone for not leashing, they had 2-man invaded level 1 and died while I was pinging for a leash. And I got mad at Akali for taking my blue buff when I was Fiddle and needed it. But the worst language that I used was "retard" and "monkey".

I get that I was a little toxic, but I think everyone can admit that this game tends to be anger-inducing and if I'm not allowed to vent even a little bit then I don' think I want to play it anymore.

Yes. You were insulting and rank-shaming your teammates.

I recommend taking a break from League of Legends, then.

There will be people who do not cooperate in play, for various reasons. It is no excuse to harass them or call for them to be reported, as well as rank-shaming them in chat. None of those things are productive, nor are they conducive to team play. Additionally, directly insulting them by calling them names is explicitly not okay.

Chat restrictions will still let you play games, but force you to be mindful of what/when/how much you can chat. They're there for a reason.

Nothing about your chat log is good. Calling someone a retard, Asking for reports and general insults is not how you should vent. If you need to vent, scream into a pillow, or do it after the game is over, to your friends, where you are not exposing your teammates to such.
