It continues to say ive already filled out that survey. Please look at my ticket I feel as though I was wrongly perma banned

YEt I got perma banned.

This is zero tolerance and will net you escalated punishment. However, those 2 are not enough to warrant a perma ban so I'm going to venture a guess that you recently had a 14-day ban prior to this one. While it doesn't look like you said the ZT words, you did repeat it and got reported and the IFS picked them up. Historically, it's a decent chance support will remove or reduce the punishment since you only repeated the ZT. However, since (if my guess is correct) you already past your 14-day ban, I don't know how agreeable support will be to change the perma back to your 14-day status since you did light flame a bit.

It's very light and minor for sure, but if you combine with the fact that you did repeated ZT, light flame, and (if my guess is correct) you already had 14-day ban..... I don't know. It's still worth a try with Live Chat and hope for the best. You've got nothing to lose. If my guess is wrong and you never had a 14-day ban, then your chances of getting perma reverted is actually pretty damn good :p

This alone definitely doesn't warrant a ban IMO. If it did I'd have no teammates left.
