I got suspended for calling out an annoying player

I don't normally use profanity in game and I only curse at someone when they are being an annoying player but even then its not that much and I only usually tell them to shut up. I was in a game with some friends when a player from the other team was just being a neusance so I called him out only one time and after that he tried to provke me but I decided he wasn't worth it so I just didn't respond. Riot later said that because of my recent games of being reported ( my last few games I was reported for leaving in the past week bc my friends kept showing up unannounced and I ended up having to leave, I did say sorry to everyone in my game and explained my situation, however others took it better then others) it specified because of those games and this one where I said one word they decided to suspend my account right away. just a heads up they also said I encouraged a player to do self harm that being the garden part, but I didn't even say that in all chat I said that in team chat to make my friends laugh
