Unable to join the queue times.

This is honestly about how long and unnecessary the queue times are for dodging, nothing else. I don't play this game often because of how long things can be and I could a lot more things instead with that time. I do like the game though a lot, I've been playing for awhile, I just stopped because time constraints which I why I loved playing dominion, it was fast and I could do a game or two then hop off, but I've been having fun lately playing friends, so I can't complain. But when I dodge a queue (not abandon a game, which I think should get a time penalty), then fail to realize I'm banning a champion and miss it, (and also I think I may have canceled one queue because I was going to do a ranked instead of normal, but I can't remember if I did or not) I get penalized from joining queue's for 30 minutes? I just think there should be some different parameters in place to decide what gets a 30 minute wait time to play a game.. It's just kind of absurd to put dodging and failure to ban champs under the same umbrella as abandoning a game and ruining it for everyone.
