So, a few weeks ago everything was normal. I would get in a ranked game, play, try to win and i wouldnt flame anyone (only if they strarted to flame me). Few days ago i started to play Draven. I was playing him, and in one of my games i came to an idea. I watched Tyler1 before and i have seen some of his clips of outplays on his Draven. I thought it would be funny to scream "DRAAAAAAAAAAAVEN" in all chat every time i would make an outplay (like 1v2 or outplaying a gank). It was only to make people laugh, make the game a little bit more interasting and so people would remember that guy who screamed "DRAAAAVEN". Today, i got chat restricted. I was shocked, i have never ever in a few years of playing League got chat restricted, banned or something else. I looked at the games that were used to judge me. First game i was angry and i admit it was little but toxic, then when i looked at the second game it was the one with screaming. That game i got camped so hard, and i was like 3/7 at start. Then i pulled off a big comeback and i got "legendary" state of my score. I was so hyped i screaded "DRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAVEN" a few times and I also screamed "YOU CAMPED THE WRONG LANE, DONT EVER AGAIN TRY TO CAMP ME, AND REMEMBER MY NAME, DRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAVEN". I was just hyped that i made that comeback. My question is, do you guys think that i got restricted because i screamed "DRAAAAVEN" or is it that i used caps lock. I want to know for the future, can i scream "DRAAAAVEN" but without caps lock on. I honestly dont see any flame in saying "DRAAAAVEN". I dont mean to offend anyone when i scream that. Im just having fun. What do you guys think of all of this? And its kinda funny to me that some people that call someone dog dont get restricted, but i do. Please tell me how do you feel on all of this.

Likely Spam maybe the bot thought "yelling" was toxic cuz of caps.

Rule breaking that others pointed out aside, there's also the question of others not being punished while you are. This is because there is a sort of hidden toxicity meter tied to your account. Once that meter fills, you get punished.

So think of it like this; player A has his meter 20% full. Player B is at 80%. Player A calls you a dog. His meter fills whatever amount, we'll say 50%. Player B calls you a troll, feeder, trash. His meter fills 50%, bringing him past 100% and thus gets a punishment, while player A doesnt get punished. The offense is still counted against him and will contribute to future punishments.
