Lets say you have hardcore mathematical proof that someone ints your ranked provisional game... Not like 0/30/0... Like he goes straight at mid giving 5 kills and then just farming..... Lets say you get that proof and send them via ticket to riot... What are the odds that the int guys acc gets banned with only this game?
Too many variables to make any real answer.
Did they build normal items at the start of the game? Did the they attack the opponent as they were running into the tower-blender? While farming after the intentional feeding, how much do they avoid combat? Do they build normal items during the remainder of the game? Did the automatic system already catch it and assign a punishment? Is there anything you do/have done to cause support more likely to ignore your ticket? Such as the wording of your ticket or a previous incident that placed a black mark on your account.
I dont know. I would hope so, but we know how safe Riot likes to be in not banning people who are just bad. If its actual proof, i would think yes they are getting banned. But your idea of proof might not be an objective truth.
