BOTS, BOTS, and a lot of BOTS

I mean really. Do i really have to waste my time playing with 3 or 4 bots in a team. It is only a low lv thing but seriously, I lose those 15-20 minutes of my day, which most of the time would be fine if I played with real players, but this is unacceptable. If I can level up my other accounts like a normal person does so can everyone else. It seems like RIOT is not doing all that much to prevent botting, they just ban few of them while the others get away with it. Why not give older players the ability to get instant lv 30 account then. 15 minutes is not a big deal but when it happens frequently to many players then it becomes an issue. This is a huge waste that has been happening since dominion and no one seems to care enough to do something about it, like imagine you are a new player and it just so happens that you get matched with 4 bots on your team. It just ruins the immersion for the new players, which is if you think about it in part why the playerbase is in decline. There are really easy solutions to this problem and all it takes is that someone STOPS SCRATCHING THEIR BALLS AND DO THEIR JOB

what exactly is the easy solution?

are you familiar with the "hackers are always ahead of security" idea?

RIOT has posted increased revenue numbers over the last 2 years, how is this game "in decline"?

a lot of claims, no solutions or proof

If people would stop being lazy there would be no bots, there would be no free rp spam, there would be no compromised accounts, there would be no scripters.

The only reason bots exists is there is a demand for fresh level 30 accounts for players that can't be bothered to level to 30 themselves. So the quickest way to end malicious activity in LOL (or any game for that matter) would be to not use the services of these scammers. If demand drops low enough they stop being offered, which means no malicious activity in game.

See, we don't need riot to stop bots, we have the power in our hands as the players.

I'm not sure what is going on.

I've heard some knowledgeable people claim that majority of bots can be stopped. They even offer to help Riot write the code. Yet, bots are rampant.

Riot lets bots go for hundreds of games before possibly banning them. All with the excuse of "we don't want the bots to learn our detection methods". Well I say fuck your detection methods. Watching someone commit an offense for hundreds of games is simply not acceptable.

bots have garbage mmr, literally win like 2 matches and they cease to exist and they DO deal with bots they do periodic sweeps that ban botted accounts as they can detect them

Yeah no one seems to care because the majority of players never see them. Their records are so bad their MMR drops and only the worst of the worst and newest accounts see them. As far as I know, they track the accounts and try to pursue legal action against the creators. They shut down entire sites and operations at a time. They dont just ban 1 bot account at a time as they pop up. If you think about it, you really realize what theyre up against. Try to be realistic. Could be thousands of botters creating hundreds or thousands of accounts each, against one company.
