Unable to Earn Hextech Loot Due To Behavioral Restrictions To Long!

Hi,

So basically i was recently banned for 2 weeks for toxicity, after the 2 weeks i knew i would get back on and have a couple of days were i dont earn any hextech loot...well that was 2 weeks ago and i have been super polite and nice to players in game and been reporting toxic activity so i can change the community and not get banned again...i think riot is going to harsh on players that were toxic as it is coming up 3 weeks that i have had my account back and im grinding games and winning with high ranked champion scores and im not earning squat because of this "Unable to Earn loot". I took this to twitter and asked riot about why i wasnt earning loot and they just told me to be positive and you will be earning loot in a couple of days...that was a week ago...so riot??? why cant i earn my stuff.
