two friends of mine from the University of Siegen, Germany, are conducting a survey in order to investigate the way players behave in LoL.

I took a quick look at it. It doesn't seem to be properly designed, having none of the standard disclaimers. It also uses highly charged language, such as "the dark side of behavior" and "In the majority of (ranked) games players get upset while playing League of Legends." Priming people in this way tends to distort the results.

After completing the survey, I also feel that the survey itself is poorly constructed.

Your friend has alot to learn when it comes to making good and unbiased surveys.
