Which server is the most tolerance to play in 2019

Can someone give me a list, in order? Opinions are fine. For play in 2019. Stereotypically speaking, I would think KR is at the top but that's all I've got.

I'd put Korea at the bottom, it might as well be a coin flip if someone griefs or not. Don't worry about a list though, every server on this game is a migraine to play on.

What do you mean by most tolerant?

Tolerance to toxicity? LAN, LAS, and CN are pretty tolerant towards their toxicity.

Tolerance to bad gameplay? JP would have my vote.

That's funny, people instantly interpret "tolerance" as something related to race and orientation.

Which one doesn't ban you for talking in chat and playing your champion?

This is my definition of tolerance.
