On one hand I agree. On the other hand if everyone feeds the poros they won't tell me when people are hiding in the bushes.
I tend to tell people in my games that feeding the poro actually contributes to your mastery rank at the end of the game. Little white lies certainly get results.
Seriously speaking though, maybe not a ban, but you should get a mark of shame for not using poro snacks. like maybe 3 games without giving a poro snack gives you the poro mark of shame that everyone can see till you start feeding the poros :p

So, little known fact, but not doing so can have a negative impact on the game for your team. Poros visibly track anyone who still has snax, even if that person wouldn't otherwise be visible to the enemy team, and use a visibly different animation when doing so. Given this, you can actually watch for poros watching bushes expectantly, and reasonably assume there is someone there.
Feed Rito poro so they have to nerf it.
