JP server PERMA BAN is totally ridiculous

I am from Hong Kong and was studying in the UK. I played EUW and NA with a brunch of friends for like 5+ years without ever being banned. After we finished our studies we went back to Hong Kong and transferred our account / create new account to JP due to NA/EUW ping are impossible to play with.

Then here we go, like half of my friends were PERMA banned. Today its my turn. I just got PERMANENTLY banned by saying the following in just 1 GAME

Game 1 erinching: why are u noy moving erinching: half of the time erinching: my support iss lv2 and shes roaming again erinching: i just wanna farm erinching: gg erinching: gg erinching: sup afk erinching: i am trying erinching: not afking

None of these were exaggerating, I was just stating the fact that my support is AFK near the turret/base
Even if i truly have sarcastic meaning , is that even a ban, or is that even a PRAMA BAN?

The system clearly has something wrong with it and I feel totally unfair. I have already submitted a ticket but still I really wanna share this CRAZY JP banning system to all of you.

I hope riot is actually looking at it and notice how crazy things are going on in JP server.

The Japan server has historically had a very low tolerance for any form of harassment or abuse. This means even light harassment such as berating them a couple times for leaving you or being afk can result in a punishment on the JP server. I am not saying whether this is going to be overturned or not - because anything is possible - but the Japan server does have very high standards.

A couple of tips for playing on JP.

Don't speak English. At all. Ever. For any reason. Whether or not anyone wants to admit to it, this alone is enough to get you suspended (or worse).
Don't speak Japanese unless you really, really know the language. If you actually meet this criteria, keep your Japanese comments to a minimum and about the current match only. Briefly and politely congratulate people after a play or a match. This is an expected cultural thing and will eventually get you reported if you don't do it.

That's pretty unusual for a log so short to be punished...here. As for in JP, I think they have different standards. Let us know what the support says.

Since most of my experience in league is on the NA servers, I'm going to compare NA to JP even though it's not going to necessarily be the best comparison, but it's because I don't know other servers very well.

This is mild for NA standards. It might be extremely harassing in JP standards.

I know that in Japan, there is a cultural difference in that mindfulness of others is taken much more seriously there than in the US. Some things that people in do in the US to strangers are unheard of in Japan.

Same happened to me ... never been chat banned or anything in EU and NA for 6+ years but I got perm banned in Japan Server. Whats going on ?

The same thing happened to me, I believe the the japanese server is the most racist server that ive ever been on. ive played this game since season 2, i had 8 accounts total, never been punished throughout my years on both EUW and NA. Then i get 3 accounts permabanned 2 14 day suspensions, 2 14 day chat restriction. the most recent permaban was to my main which over the many seasons has never been punished and to prove it I had the good summoner icon on it.

As you can see from this chat in no way did I breach the terms and condition of the game. In addition to this point, in about 25% of the games, people will write, japanese only. I reported someone for racial discrimination but I believe I never received a reply, from the chat log you can see that I did encourage the team and when i said report jg, the game was already over as the 0/3 jungler already afked. I dont see how this is at all reportable. i have quit playing on this server and wish for my account to be unbanned so that i can transfer them back to EUW where I can have fun and speak english without the chance of being reported and permabanned.

I second this.

I think Ive played about 5000 games on other servers and have NEVER gotten punished but as soon as I transferred my main account to JP i got permabanned within 100 games.

The worst part is that I literally have no idea why im getting punished (I got punished once just for telling a player to stop blaming everybody else and I literally had NO idea why) and when I try to talk to riot jp about it they tell me 'our system is perfect and you are in the wrong' and then when I send then my logs to ask then what part of what I said was not okay and they just refuse to answer, tell me my account will not be unbanned under any circumstance ever, and tell me that the conversation is over. (They basically tell me to fuck off.)

The worst part is that, if i made a new account and got permabanned i would only be loosing 100 games worth of work, but this was a transferred account that I put thousands of hours of work and hundreds of dollars (probably almost 1000) into and I feel like it was just taken from me unfairly with NO explanation.

People say you get banned based on the number of reports you get and theres no actual filter or anything in jp. Nobody communicates because the moment you say anything you get banned. The worst part is that Riot completely refuses to talk about it :(

This is a bit TOO ridiculous. I hope Tantram comes in and shows us the pre game or post game lobby chat. Or maybe you edited them. Either way, I have no choice but to reserve my judgement. Not enough credible information to judge. It would be silly to just trust a complete stranger at his word. But if you are being completely honest, I have to agree that this is totally ridiculous.
