It's time to bring down the hammer

Almost every game now, and this is almost always the ADC, we get someone who, after one mistake, one death, one ANYTHING minor in the very early game, like level 1 early, will just instatilt themselves and start intentionally feeding or going active AFK in the fountain. I have lost more games because of this than any other reason.

I'm tired of seeing one person or another decide to throw a shit fit for no reason and sabotage game after game. It's time to bring down the hammer on them, Riot. Bring it down HARD. Ban them, suspend them; give them a reason to reconsider their behaviors.
