I am reformed.

My account was banned a year ago I believe, and I have since done many things to prove that I am reformed. I put a lot of time into my account that got banned and I feel I at least deserve a chance to earn it back. I have about 4 accounts now that all are honors 2 at the very least and I only make positive comms to my fellow league players. I do not know what to do anymore, I would really appreciate it if you guys could give me a chance to talk to someone who has authority, I spent about 600-800 dollars over time on my main account and I am reformed now.
