Idea: Operation CLOSE LOOPHOLE(S)

Have you ever played a game where you were carrying so hard and then near 50 minutes into the game, someone decides they're going to intentionally feed?

They get away with it because there's loopholes in the system. When you ask them why they got caught or intentionally walked into the enemy team, they respond with something like "Oh they have baron it's GG" or "The game was over anyway".

This pisses me off beyond all things imaginable.

First of all, not everyone can shotcall games like an LCS Referee (and even LCS Referee's fail to call shots sometimes). You can't just intentionally feed or give up just because the enemy team took baron, elder, or an inhibitor. Both teams can throw at any point in time and anyone can make a mistake and turn the game around.

People get away with this kind of griefing because:

A: It's only 1 death near the end of the game, who's gonna look at it like intentional feeding? B: Maybe they didn't want to play and we pressed no on ALL their surrender votes. C: They just didn't like a member(s) on the team so they wanted the game to just end. (Yeah I'm looking at you, minties) D: They legit are the kind of people who just say GG and give up if the enemy literally gets a small advantage. (I hate these kind of people, they're impossible to carry because they ruin it for everyone on the team).

That ONE death near endgame determines whether or not the enemy can push into nexus. I literally broke my headset just now because I'm sick of these people getting away with intentional feeding and not being punished just because it's minor and there's loopholes. They know damn well what their intentions were. I legit lost to a toxic enemy team all because one person decided it was right to purposely walk into the enemy team after they got baron.

We need to stop these kind of people. I feel like the "Intentional Feeding" button is just a placebo because everytime I report people I NEVER get a popup that says "Because of your report recently, we punished a summoner".

Like, this game literally is a joke, mostly because we let these toxic players get away with minor griefing just because the game isn't recorded and because we don't have enough people to constantly watch replays to prove innocence or guilty.
