from what i've seen hashinshin is extremely toxic when he gets behind(never blames himself its always the jungler) but okay when he is not

Rioter opinion is that he makes them money but derps watching him so who cares what he does.
"pro" player doesn't mean they are the best players... it is just a show for kids to watch... and bring in money. So who ever is best at entertaining and riot can keep under their thumb... that is a "pro" player.
PS: I am guessing Hashinshin is pro player? Or just big name streamer? Have no idea to be honest.

hashinshin throughout the ages has been a Plat-Diamond elo player that primarly plays top lane. He has on numerous occasions contributed positively and at length upon the previous incarnation of the boards.
Recently a youtube video of his worst moments has him highlighted as a "infamous player".
But let's be real here, he just writes a salt diary when he's getting his penis crushed in top lane. Not toxic.
i wouldnt call him toxic. he never mindlessly insults people. he's just annoying in chat. I don't see anything bannable by him
