Riot can i please have & banned he jut ruined my promo game due to him "I got trolled on my main so now im gonna troll on my smurf" he locked in 
support and ruined a perfectly good game. yes i am making this descussion because im angry atm but i also dont want to come across this "SMURF" again or anyone to come across this account because only bad will come he ruined my promos and i want justice.

Don't post this on the boards please. It is considered "Name & Shame" and is against forum policy. Moderators will just delete it, and they aren't Rioters so they can't even ban the player anyway.
Instead, please continue to use the post-game report feature, and if you need to you can submit a Support Ticket for this.

Remove the name, or else your thread is removed & you'll get a warning.
Other than that, submit a ticket to Riot Support about it, or you should have reported him after the game ended.
