For context, the enemy kog maw was talking shit and calling us homophobic slurs. Then his support chimed in. Why? Because he was losing. I'm not saying what I did isn't toxic, but a permanent ban? Really?

If you had a prior 14-day ban, this sort of insulting behavior would push you over the line, yes:

Did you come off of a 14-day ban recently? 'Cause, if so, then that'd be why you got permanently banned. The 14-day is your last warning, and it even says as much in the reform card.

Thanks for the feed back fellas. Like I said, my behavior wasn't in lines with the summoner's code. The permaban sucks, but you gotta make mistakes to learn from mistakes sometimes, don't you?

You can try write a support ticket, to justify how the ban seems too harsh, that u admit ur mistake and wont do it again, maybe they lift it. Some rare cases i know they do but it is really depends on situation and how sincere you are, but with this attitude now you aare not. First of all, according to code, if someone being toxic doeesnt give u the rite to fite back thats the rule so yea no point try to arguing with it, u jusst need to reporrt and mute them, talking back will only leads to punishment. It is stated that Riot do not care who started it
