I received a 14 day suspension when I never even cursed?...

I was ganged up on by super toxic players in recent games who all reported be simply because they didn't like me which resulted in a 14 day ban. I talked to riot support and even the agent I spoke with said he thinks it was unjust. He said I can post on the board to help bring awareness to a faulty ban system and maybe reach out to Devs. The only reason the suspension couldn't be lifted was because I used the word "idiot" once to a player dropping F bombs on me, and honestly if that't not okay with riot then sure a chat restriction for using the word "idiot" is fine and makes sense because it's their rules (and the agent I spoke with agrees with me) but a 14 day suspension is insane!!

Only your behavior is the deciding factor that can result in a punishment. Reporting only causes a scan.

I really doubt they said that. Let's see those chat logs with support.

You are responsible for your own behavior. If you want people to comment on your behavior specifically we would need to see your logs that you were given.

Haven't seen your chat logs and don't know your punishment history.

I would really like to see the chat logs and I would really like to see where an employee said a punishment was unjustified.

Cursing has no impact on the punishment system. It's not against the rules to curse.

It is against the rules to annoy, insult, or harass people.

"players flaming me makes it ok to flame back even if its not as severe" = no.

Yeah, I stopped believing what you wrote as soon as I read this. I have never seen nor heard of support suggesting this. He may have said you can post on the boards to get the community's opinion on why you were punished, but I don';t believe for a second what you claim.

As far as I'm aware most punishments are not the result of a single game unless there is something that stands out as particularly offensive. The fact that several people have requested chat logs and you still haven't posted them gives the impression that there were some further comments on your side that would have contributed. From the screenshot you posted there is nothing from the support person stating that you should "post on the boards to draw awareness" and the claim that they agree with you about the ban being unjustified doesn't seem to be the case either, since the line you are referring to does not say that the punishment "should" have been less severe, but that it would have if you didn't have the prior offenses.

You don't get a 14-day ban for false reports. You broke some rules to get punished. As the Rioter answered to you, you were already previously warned about your behavior with a 10 and 25-game chat restrictions, and the next punishment from those is a 14-day ban. That's why you got a 14-day ban instead of a chat restriction, since the system saw that you were already issued chat bans 2 times and yet you haven't improved your behavior enough.
