There is no Tribunal system. It was retired a long time ago. The IFS is the current system.

If you've noticed that Riot only cares about money, that should indicate to you that your behavior in some way is costing them money. They have no other reason to take action.

Trolls annoy people. Annoyed people spend less money.

That makes trolling punishable.

Encouraging trolls to continue trolling by typing at them should then also be punishable. It leads directly to annoying more people.

Also: The IFS doesn't fucking care about swearing at all. You can use whatever fucking words you want to use (except zero tolerance phrases like hate speech or urging self harm). What you can't do is annoy people, or encourage others to annoy people.

Post the chat logs, and we can point out what possibly triggered the punishment. The thing is, you flaming the troll, literally is what the troll wants. Best way to deal with them is to mute + report, instead of flaming them since flaming doesn't do anything to help the situation.

Making a single comment to a troll got you suspended. I hardly doubt that. My guess is that your behavior in that game (to the point that even the enemy team reported you), or you were toxic in several games. Be nice, and mute those that aren't. It isn't difficult.
