Dodging leads to bullshit

I am absolutely tired of being harshly punished for having dodge multiple games in a row to avoid troll teams . Just now i had someone auto lock a troll character mid during a ranked queue. Because i left, not only did i get an automatic loss onto my series but i also got a 29 minute leave buster for leaving multiple queues. Now previously I had the same thing in lobby so i left and was only met with a five minute penalty but this is ridiculous ! I can't report summoners until after a game unless i have them on my friends list so I cant even report the people doing this ! Also, they get to go on playing, troll again maybe, while I have to sit by and waste lp and time dodging to avoid having to ultimately lose more lp and negatively affect my rank stats more than they already are being affected. This is the type of stuff that pushes players to not want to even climb. Its discouraging to know that one person, one sick twisted troll, with time to waste, can ruin so many peoples ranked dreams . Fix this.
