Everygame I seem to be in seems to be this mess of inting bot laners sick of bot lanes going 0-10 then seeing its like a plat 3 vs a gold 5 I usuaully get the gold 5 I swear its cause I am toxic and they want to ban me to make money on skins like the games I am in either way seem awful where I feel like I have to 1v9 or the games such a hard stomp that its not even fun and over around 15 .
I looked through some of your recent games stats, and it appears your scores and contributions were not much better than your team overall (to be fair though, it's a month ago, so I'm not sure if this is the account you're referring to).
I get it's frustrating to be placed in a certain ranking/matchmaking pool, but if you want to climb, the only way to do so is to focus on the one constant in all your games - you. You are matched with players of a similar skill to you. If you want to be matched with better players, improve your skill.
What account are you playing on? I'm more than happy to review the ranks of the games myself because personally it's pretty good for me
It'll probably get better for ranked 2019 when they have split MMR for different positions.
