14 day suspension ????????

So I just want to start by saying I've never received a warning and I've never received a ban of any kind in the past 10 years of playing this game. Today i got a 14 day ban and it says my next ban is permanent. This was the only game log show in the ban

I just can't see how anything in this is even remotely warning worthy let alone a 14 day ban. I'm just trying to get some answers. I've sent in a report ticket already and hoping to get the ban lifted because it just makes no sense to me.

No one on this board have any tools or power to help you. If you already submited a support ticket, all you can really do is wait for an answer. It's not unheard of for the IFS to have a hiccup and make a mistake or send the wrong chat log or give the wrong punishment type (verbal vs gameplay).

If that's actually your log and you didnt edit it then just wait for support to respond. Seems to be an error

As said previously, I think either you didnt get the correct chat logs or your reform card is incomplete with pre game and post game missing. Let us know the whole context once you have an official answer.

Legendary Today at 14:40 Hello,

I took a deeper dive into your account and it looks like you were penalized for repeating the negativity of another player in the lobby and I'll look into their account as well.. At this time I’ve lifted the suspension from your account.

In the future if you see someone behaving poorly in the lobby you can just block them as there isn't any need to give them any attention at all.

I'M FREE YA'LL! THE SYSTEM WORKS! I actually remember also what this was all about after the mod responded. I won't repeat what was said but In the post lobby someone typed some dumb stuff and i typed "dumb stuff?" I guess the jerk that made the statement reported me and auto mod just looked at that phrase in the log and auto banned me. So future note to everyone out there. Don't type a banned phrase even in a questioning what the heck type manner, because bots don't care about context!

but to ban you for 2 weeks for that... idk seems like something rough

i also looked at the match history, you didn't feed and didn't lose so i really dont know.. just make a support ticket because that's not fair

(now idk if you did anything else tos, account sharing/selling, boosting, scripting, refunding money, harassment in private messages, ect.)
