Chat restrictions while my teammates get what?

Did you even bother to read the things my teammates said when you sent me my chat log to explain that I was going to be chat restricted? They were literally talking about the recreational drugs they enjoyed, and not playing the game, during a ranked match. As in LITERALLY STANDING AT THEIR NEAREST TURRETS JUST CHATTING. I did not, however receive a message that anyone I had reported had been punished in any way. Now I thought this could be an issue so I took a couple screen shots, and I'd appreciate some follow up to this, or I will absolutely name and shame. I certainly said some inappropriate things, but they were equally cancelled out by my teammates chat logs, there is no question of that.

There's no rule against chatter. There are rules against whatever you did to get your penalty. And you don't always get feedback for your reports, even if they do result in a punishment.

From what you've described, it kinda sounds like you got way too angry at your teammates taking the game less than 100% seriously and took it out on them. That's not okay, even if they "deserved" it. Focus on yourself, not them.

Nothing "cancels out" in League. Everyone is judged on the severity and frequency of their own behavior. Others behavior does not excuse yours, not give you the right to be toxic back to them.
