Is the unbanning of permabanned experiment still ongoing?

We know a few people got banned again and a few are still okay. Outside of that we know nothing. They don't have to disclose the results either.

I smell riot.

I've seen a handful of players fail their reform chance in spectacular public fashion, and 1-2 who have taken reform to heart. Hardly statistically significant information. Riot's playing it pretty close to the vest.

If you're banned and want your account back, at this point I certainly wouldn't count on it.
