Perma Banned Account

I was Perma banned exactly a week ago for inappropriate language within the league of legends community. I know my behavior and language within games is extremely bad and that you had every right to perma ban me, however i have been going to therapy for the past month and have seen major improvements within myself and can honestly say that i am no longer that person anymore that will flame my teammates or opponents, i had even told my therapist about my action on video games and he has given me different ways to combat my behavior, e.g. mute players, take a time out when i get stressed and just try to say something positive when i want to be negative. What im trying to say overall is that ive spent alot of money on this game and alot of time and do not want it to be wasted by remaining perma ban because of my mental health irl which i have been trying really hard to get resolved and would apprecaite it even if you could reply to this appeal and honestly give me a genuine answer as i have seriously gone better.
