Toxic Players

I have lost a huge amount of games recently and demoted once due to a player or players on my team being rude and mean, causing me and other players to do bad and thus being harassed more. It is quite cruel honestly that these players don't get a punishment even after being reported by a few. Here is a list of suggestions that Riot should consider with their multi million (or possibly billion) dollar company. Note, bans should not be lifetime bans unless it got to the point, time should gradually increase, starting with at least 12 hours

1. Create a system where if a word or a sequence of words were to be said then Rioters would take a look at the chat, and player(s) will be banned if their unsportsmanlike conduct and verbal abuse is consistent.

2. If a player were to receive a certain number of reports for verbal abuse, hate speech, etc., then they shall be banned for that reason.

3. Players who earn appraisals from teammates should be paired with other players that earn these type of appraisals, therefore these players can cooperate and be friendly to one another in game. Players who get reported often should be paired with others in that group, allowing the players who want to be friendly and use teamwork an actual chance.

Understanding that there are a lot of toxic players out there and no one can control them all, but Riot either needs to create a new system, or step up their work in this category of the game because it is so consistent and needs to be dimmed to at least a few to where players like me have a standing chance of moving up in ranks or even winning games in general.
