Definitely shouldn't be banned for being "Too Toxic"

It's a game. A competitive one at that. Trash talking is half the fun! Yes, you need good sportsmanship too...but for real, 1st amendment is literally "freedom of speech" so does that just not apply to this game? Also when there's a mute button and language filter (literally things to prevent basically any toxicity) you can still get banned for being competitive or telling people off who deserve it. Some people (like myself) can't hold their tongue when my own TK eats me and flashes into enemy turrets, or when anivia ice-walls me keeping me from safety, or when I have an urgot support...Riot needs to stop banning players for "being too toxic in a competitive game" and start banning them for important stuff like cheating, trolling, intentional feeding, etc...

Anyone feel the same here?

Freedom of Speech doesn't work here.

Trash talking is half the fun!

If the other players are enjoying it they won't report you, and you can't be punished if you're not reported for it. Most of the time, random players don't want to listen to it and instead just want to play the game without being trashed for their mistakes because they're already down. Be considerate of the other players. There are definitely plenty of people that do like to trash talk without limits, and you're free to invite them to your games as a full premade.

and start banning them for important stuff like cheating, trolling, intentional feeding, etc...

They absolutely do already.

Riot just needs to redefine their definition of what is "toxic".
